Support for those in helping professions

Working with people is stressful! Join us at this FREE support group to learn better stress management and to prevent burn-out. This meeting is for people who work with people: teachers, medical professionals, clergy, etc. There are unique challenges in these fields where you interact with others in an effort to help, and there are times when that burden can be overwhelming.

We will meet on Saturdays every other week.

Light Into Darkness: Mental Health Conference

Crosspoint Baptist Church 6 – 9PM

The evening features a keynote address by Dr. Matthew Stanford, CEO of the Hope and Healing Center and Institute in Houston and author of Grace for the Afflicted as well as a panel discussion by experts in the mental health field.

Panel experts include Anthology’s Brittany Senseman, LPC-S and psychiatrists Dr. Nicole Tomjonovich and Dr. Abigail Nodler.
