Ginny Wiley, MAMFC, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with couples, teenagers, and individual women. I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and relational conflict and have experienced abuse, trauma, and grief. I gained experience working in a church counseling center for four years and then private practice beginning in 2014.
I received an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Baylor University. I have a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a therapy that enables healing from traumatic and anxiety-provoking experiences. I also use a cognitive-behavioral and family systems approach. My ultimate goal is to offer hope and to provide a safe environment for clients to process struggles and to find comfort in all seasons of life.
